● Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges may be made within 15 days if you are not completely satisfied.  Products returned or exchanged must be in brand new, resellable condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original package with all paperwork. A full refund for the purchase price will be given, minus the shipping, handling or other charges. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. Special order products may not be returned or exchanged.

Return Instructions:

Enclose one copy of your receipt, billing name and address, along with an explanation for the return, in the package being returned.  Products must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and returned in original package with all paperwork to insure credit. All returns must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.  For your Protection, your returned package must be insured for the full value of the contents.  Please mail your insured package to The Sheet Boutique, 94 Hamilton Dr., Bellville, OH 44813. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of package receipt.

15-Day Money Back Guarantee.Our Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship. Defective products may be returned to us for a full refund. When you receive your order, please confirm that it is what you ordered and that it fits properly before using or washing the product. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 15 days for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. Product pilling or shedding is not covered under warranty.  Pilling is a natural occurrence when the surface fibers become tangled, creating small balls on the surface of the fabric.  Over time, pilling will occur on your sheets, due to the soft nature of the fabric, and is not covered under any warranty.  Proper handling and care of sheets will result in the prolonged life of your sheets.The fibres used to create EzzzySleep™ sheets are a unique blend of brushed acrylic and polyester. During the manufacturing process, the fleece is brushed by hundreds of fine needles. This process causes the excess fibres that will loosen during the first couple of washes.

Product Colors:  Occasionally, patterns colors and trims will change. There is no guarantee the trims or fabric patterns will be exactly as viewed.  While we make every effort to provide accurate pictures and colors, due to the variance of individual computer monitors, we do not guarantee the colors viewed to be exact
